A Knoxville Zoo Wedding by Leah Moyers Photography
The moment Catherine stepped into our office, we knew she was going to be such a fun bride! Catherine and Jonathan got married at the Knoxville Zoo this past May and their wedding was nothing but fun! We are over the moon excited for these beautiful photos caught by Leah Moyers Photography! Leah did such a great job finding all the fun spots the zoo has to offer with Catherine and Jonathan!
While there was no time to be “monkeying around”, the couple had so much fun taking pictures around the zoo! Leah captured the most breathtaking surroundings with the couple showed nothing but their personality!
Catherine had an eclectic style and wanted to make sure her personality was shown all throughout her big day. From some Asian inspiration, bright colors, and subtle succulents, Custom Love Gifts, Events, and Prints took her ideas and ran with them! Custom Love used moss, driftwood, and air plants to give an exotic look to Catherine’s reception area.
The bride added her own personality to her wedding gown by adding a pop of color at the bottom! The green organza and the teal and blue feathered headpiece was the perfect touch to reflect who she really was! The groom, on the other hand, used the classic approach with a tuxedo with tails and all.
The Knoxville Zoo becomes a majestic place for the most eye-catching photo spots. All around you, guests could find some enchanting creatures just overhead. From the red pandas and monkeys playing in their habitats to the Falcon in which Catherine and Jonathan got to see up close! Guests could even explore some of the new animal exhibits!
The couple was nothing but smiles throughout the day and everyone could see that they were so in love. The connection that Catherine and Jonathan share is undeniable and was shown throughout Leah’s pictures.
At the end of the night, the carousel was going, guests were having fun, and the spirit was high! We were very excited to be a part of this wedding and we wish Catherine and Jonathan a lifetime of happiness!
